I am a physical performance enthusiast. For as long as I can remember, I have been training, running and staying heavily involved in sport activities. I grew up mainly in Nicosia, Cyprus, with my only goal to be one day a professional football player; but  the future had other plans for me. In the past decade I have been pursuing my passions in Germany. Having always been obsessed with understanding the human body and its movements, I graduated University of Goettingen with a Bachelor degree in Sport Science and Economics. In my early studies I myself experienced the pain of injury. This pain prevented me from executing basic movements on a daily basis. At that point, I realized nobody wants to be restricted in everyday movements, like I was.

The anatomy of the human body excited me; I was curious to learn more about healing processes and to move again without having pain. I realized early on that my dream career was to become a sport therapist: a coach with the expert qualifications to help people in order to perform once again in a better,  healthier way. I started working in Goettingen´s best known rehab centre while I was finishing my Master's degree and pursued further education as a sport therapist. In the past years, I have worked with hundreds of patients, all with different injuries; from professional athletes in numerous sports (basketball, football, handball, volleyball, MMA , Olympian athletes, etc) to everyday clients, each with a different history. The love I have for science encourages my knowledge to be up to date and to be used practically for the betterment of my clients. Every day is a learning day.
